How many unborn toddlers were murdered today because of the humanistic, paganish, barbaric decisions of the United States Supreme Court?

One thing that libertines learned from Adolph Hitler, the Great Depression of the 1930’s, and the events of that era, is that if you repeat a lie often enough, with enough conviction, it often becomes the perceived truth. Libertines have also learned that if they are allowed to define the terms used in a discussion, then they are more likely to “win” that discussion. Thus, libertines love to use the terms fetus instead of baby, prejudice and/or discrimination instead of “you don’t think as I do,” and rights without including responsibilities which are inseparable within a democratic framework since anyone person’s rights tend to encroach upon the rights of others. For example, if you have the right to MURDER someone, that just might encroach upon that person’s right to life!
When used by the libertine mass media and their henchmen, lies and half-truths are passed off as creditable and acceptable news. Thus, it is with the following “news” story published in the Peoria Journal Star on December 2, 2008, page A2. The story is entitled “U.S. economy in a recession.” The story is rather long so I won’t quote all of it. The writers (two of them identified as Jeannine Aversa and Martin Crutsinger) of the story are identified as “AP economics writers.” Of course, their credentials that qualify them to be economic writers are not given other than they are employed by the Associated Press. The selected segments of the article:
The big lie is given nine paragraphs into the story. It has its own sub-headline entitled “It’s official.” The big lie declares “Adding to the gloom, the National Bureau of Economic Research, a group of academic economists (I don’t know when this elitist group was given the power to declare when a recession has occurred—my addition.), concluded Monday that the country has been suffering (notice the emotionally charged word—my addition) through a recession since December 2007. (SINCE DECEMBER 2007 and they just came to this conclusion—one year later?—my addition)
With NBER’s decision (When again was this group given the power to define when a recession has and has not begun?—my addition), the United States has fallen into two recessions during Bush’s eight years in office. (This is the second big lie in these two paragraphs. This big lie was started in 2001-2002 but HAS NEVER BEEN true—my addition.) The first started in March 2001 and ended in November of that year.”
The TRUTH: By definition, a recession is two consecutive quarters of negative growth in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In 2001, there were no two consecutive quarters through the year in which GDP was negative. Therefore, by definition there was no recession in 2001. That is the economic TRUTH!
The TRUTH: In an article published in the Peoria Journal Star on October 31, 2008, page A2 the following headline was used: “GDP drops, economy jolts into decline.” The sub-headline declares: “Consumer spending sees biggest drop in 28 years; bad recession looms.” The author of this story is identified as Jeannine Aversa—AP economics writer. Notice that this is the same name as one of the two writers identified in the news story published in December. Notice too the emotionally charged word—jolts—used in the headline. Notice that the sub-headline says that a recession looms. It does not say that a recession has been on going since DECEMBER of 2007 and yet the GDPs for those previous quarters are already known. Notice finally that this story with its jolting headline and looming future was published just before the November election.
The TRUTH: Along with the story, a bar graph was published showing the GDP for the United States from the fourth quarter of 2004 through the first three quarters of 2008. The source for the bar graph was given as the Department of Commerce. The bar graph showed that in the first quarter of 2007 there was a very slight growth in GDP. In the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2007, the GDP growth was close to five percent in both quarters. In the 4th quarter of 2007, GDP fell slightly but by less than –0.3%. GDP grew both in the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2008. The 1st quarter was less than 1%—but still growth—and the 2nd quarter grew almost 3%. For all of the period from the 1st quarter of 2007 through the 2nd quarter of 2008, there was only one quarter with a negative growth number—that being the 4th quarter of 2007. Therefore, by definition there could not possibly have been a recession going on because there was NEVER two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. NEVER! One would think that “economics writer” Jeannine Aversa, who wrote both stories, would know this small, but very major FACT!
The TRUTH: In fact, when the December story was written there was no way to know that the 4th quarter of 2008 would have a negative GDP number. It did and the United States now is officially in recession since we have now had two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth—the 3rd quarter of 2008 and the 4th quarter of 2008. (The final adjusted number for the 4th quarter of 2008 has not yet been published to my knowledge.)
The TRUTH: However, the TRUTH is that during the eight years of the Bush Administration there has only been two quarters of recession—the last half year of the Administration. And the only period of recession was when the Democrats controlled Congress and by Constitutional authority controlled the purse strings of government—Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution.
So why has this “academic” group lied to the American people? Why has the mass media perpetuated the lie? Could it be to “blame” George W. Bush for an alleged “one year old recession” and try to make it look like the recession existed long before Barack Obama took office? They want the American people to believe that the recession is over twice as long as it actually is!
They must truly believe that you can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time. Or do they actually believe that they have the power to fool all of the people all of the time?
As President Lincoln has been given credit for saying “You can fool some of the people all the time and all the people some of the time; but you can’t fool all the people all the time.”
“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.” Galatians 6: 7-8 (NIV)
