President Barack Hussein Obama scolds Congress and the American people for bickering

Like some other Christians throughout the nation, I did not watch the President’s speech about nationalizing healthcare on Wednesday night. I did not because I was at our church’s regularly scheduled Wednesday night Bible study. I did watch an excerpt of it at 9 PM on WGN, Chicago. This is what I heard: “The time of bickering is over; the time of games is past!”

This was a prepared speech presented before the United States Congress and televised throughout the nation and probably throughout the world. This was NOT an off-the-cuff remark spoken without thinking and without preparation. And what happened: The President of the United States scolded Congress and the American people for disagreeing with him as if he was our father and he was disciplining us for daring to disagree with him and his conclusions. What an ARROGANT attitude!

My dictionary’s definition of bickering is “1: to engage in a petulant or petty quarrel 2 a: to move with a rapidly repeated noise (a ~ing stream) b: quiver. flicker.” [Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, tenth edition; Merriam-Webster, Incorporated;
Springfield, Massachusetts, U.S.A. © 1995; page 111.] I’m guessing Barack Hussein Obama is using bickering as “to engage in a petulant or petty quarrel” The first definition (and the one that seems to apply) for petulant is “insolent or rude in speech or behavior.” [Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, tenth edition; Merriam-Webster, Incorporated; Springfield, Massachusetts, U.S.A. © 1995; page 870.]

Of course, to have bickering, one must have a bickerer—one who bickers. Who do you believe are the bickerers in the eyes of Barack Hussein Obama? Who do you believe are the ones who are playing games in the eyes of Barack Hussein Obama? Is it the members of Congress and the portion of the American people who support his proposal to nationalize healthcare? Or, is it the members of Congress and the portion of the American people who have been actively and vocally opposed to his proposal to nationalize healthcare?

Soon after taking office, President Barack Hussein Obama, after allowing the MURDER of unborn babies overseas by executive order, declared he was not going to listen to the “same tired and worn arguments” against the MURDER of unborn babies. Now, anyone who opposes his nationalization of healthcare is bickering over the issue and therefore NOT worthy of having their point of view heard or considered. Now, anyone who opposes his nationalization of healthcare is playing games over the issue and therefore NOT worthy of having their point of view heard or considered.

IT IS TIME TO DO AS HE DEMANDS!!! What an ARROGANT attitude!
