National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Hypocrisy over Abortion

Update: Heard on the 7PM ABC radio news that according to a just released poll about 50% of those polled disapprove of how President Obama is handling the shut down. About 60% disapprove of Democrats handling and about 70% of the Republicans handling. Of course, they never give the questions asked so it is impossible to knew if the questions were slanted. Plus, I don’t trust anything that comes from the mainstream media when it come to polls or anything else for that matter.

That said, I’ve been hearing about the poll all day. The 7PM report was the first time they also said that “even conservative Republicans disapproved of the Republicans handling of it by a 59% margin.” And I immediately said, of course! And that is why the Republican figure is higher than the other two. As a conservative Republican, I do not like President Obama’s handling of it and of the Democrats handling of it. I also do not like the Republicans handling of it but for a very different reason. I don’t think they should have compromised down from defunding to delaying. Now, I’ll take delaying over funding. But, we should have stayed with defunding throughout. And that friends is why the Republican number is so high. Democrats don’t like the Republican position because they want funding. And conservative Republicans don’t like the Republican position because we want DEFUNDING! That said, I urge ALL Republicans to stand firm on delaying! Those who do not will be primaried!!!

A federal court has issued a decision to dismiss a lawsuit brought by the NAACP and the ACLU against an Arizona bill that prohibits gender- and race-based abortions.

Alliance Defending Freedom (A Scottsdale, Arizona based organization!—my addition) Senior Counsel Casey Mattox responded to the decision in an email to LifeNews:

‘Every innocent life deserves to be protected, and that’s especially true of babies being targeted for death simply because of their sex or race. There is nothing medically necessary or constitutionally protected about an abortion that is committed on the basis of sex or race, and the NAACP (One would think so wouldn’t one! They believe it is alright to MURDER unborn Black children because of their race? Unbelievable? When it comes down to race v. abortion, they choose abortion! Do Black people know this?—my addition) should be opposed to such a practice more than anyone. The court has done the right thing in dismissing this meritless lawsuit.’

Alliance Defending Freedom represents the bill’s sponsor, Representative Steve Montenegro, and The Frederick Douglass Foundation (Frederick Douglass was a Black slave, turned Republican, turned entrepreneur—my addition). Also moving to intervene is Maricopa County Attorney William Montgomery, who is empowered to enforce the Arizona law.

Represented by the American Civil Liberties Union, the NAACP’s Maricopa County branch is suing together with the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum. Together the groups claim that the Arizona law is unconstitutional and stigmatizes minorities for their decision to have an abortion (How so, any more than any other abortion? What nonsense?—my addition).

‘“It is a tragic injustice to discriminate against unborn babies because of their race or gender,’ said Montenegro, primary sponsor of HB 2443. ‘The public must not be misled by misinformation aimed solely at dismantling a law that gives every child the equality he or she deserves.’

The Frederick Douglass Foundation is a non-profit multiethnic educational and public policy organization that advocated for the bill and seeks to empower black communities. According to the Alliance Defending Freedom motion filed in NAACP v. Horne, ‘As an organization dedicated to advancing the real long-term interests of African-Americans and African-American communities, The Frederick Douglass Foundation has a strong interest in this law which seeks to stop race discrimination and race targeting in abortion.’

‘Preserving the life of all babies, regardless of their gender or race, should be everyone’s priority,’ added Senior Counsel Steven H. Aden. ‘We trust the court will not allow this needless attack on Arizona’s law to succeed.’

Abortion alone has taken the lives of over 16 million black children. For every 100 live births in the African American community, another 77 are aborted.

African-American teenage abortion rates are more than twice as high as the national average, according to a new study. The African-American abortion rate, according to the study conducted by the Guttmacher Institute, is 41 per 1,000 women among the 15-19 year old age group. The national average abortion rate is 18 per 1,000 women among 15-19-year-olds.”

Race selection v. abortion and sex selection v. abortion and the baby MURDERERS choose abortion! Abortion is more important than the race of the child! (When it comes to race selection many more Blacks are MURDERED than any other race!) Abortion is more important than the sex of the children! (When it comes to sex selection many more females are MURDERED than males!)

Follow the money! Abortion is big business! And about half of the money comes from government! With Obamacare, even more of the money will come from the government! But, not my money! I refuse to participate!

Petition to the President concerning the World War II Memorial

The Obama Administration is spending money to block access to the World War II Memorial, using veterans as pawns as he works to save the abortion-pill mandate.

The World War II Memorial is open-air and open 24 hours a day, but the Obama Administration brought in forklifts, barricades, and security to shut it down.

President Obama would rather block World War II vets from their memorial than delay his individual mandate for even one year or give up on his abortion-pill mandate.
