Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI), the education and research arm of the Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List), today released new information exposing the ongoing abortion transparency problems during implementation of the Affordable Care Act (The entire Obama Administration has “transparency” problems! Why would Obamacare be any different?—my addition).

The SBA List called on Congress to immediately vote on the Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (S. 1848) introduced today by Senator Pat Roberts (R-Kansas), which would require clear disclosure of abortion coverage for each plan offered on the new health insurance exchanges. Congressman Chris Smith (R-New Jersey) introduced companion legislation in the House in October (Nothing is going to happen in this area! The Senate Democrats do not want MURDER of the unborn exposed and the House leadership does not have the backbone to force the Senate to act. The House keeps voting to fund Planned MURDERHOOD and other MURDEROUS groups while claiming they are opposed to funding such groups! As long as John Boehner and the rest of the establishment Republicans are in leadership positions, nothing is going to change! They are the capitulation and surrender chamber of Congress!— my addition).

‘HHS (Health and Human Services. An unconstitutional department in the federal bureaucracy!— my addition) failure to address the abortion coverage transparency issue in Obamacare is unacceptable. We urge both chambers of Congress to immediately pass the Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act,’ said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. ‘Without this legislation, millions of Americans are likely to be unknowingly enrolled in health plans that include abortion coverage (Which is exactly what the Administration wants! They need the funding from these insurance policies to finance the MURDER of the unborn!—my addition).’

Last week, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, in response to a question from Representative John Shimkus (R-Illinois), testified that abortion coverage information in insurance plans is ‘available for every customer,’ and that ‘it is on the website (She lied and she knew she was lying! They lie as a matter of routine!—my addition).’ After the testimony the Charlotte Lozier Institute undertook to research a variety of plan documents for health insurance plans on the federal exchange to discern which ones do and do not cover abortion. CLI found that it is still nearly impossible for individuals to know which plans force enrollees to pay a mandatory abortion surcharge (Of course! By design! What we do not know, will not hurt them!—my addition).

‘The Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act addresses just one of the many clandestine abortion funding problems in Obamacare,’ continued Dannenfelser. ‘Shame on President Obama and Secretary Sebelius for continuing to mislead Americans on how this disastrous law expands taxpayer entanglement with abortion on demand (They have no shame and they do not care! To them, the ends—the MURDER of unborn babies—justifies any means!—my addition).’

Members of Congress who were the linchpins to its passage including pro-life Democratic Representatives Bart Stupak (He is and was a fraud! He knew what the President promised would never happen! I did! And I’m not yet a member of Congress!—my addition) and Kathy Dahlkemper now publicly lament voting for it after they lost their jobs in the 2010 midterms (Mr. Stupak did not run because he knew he would lose! His “lamenting” it now is too late. GOD knows what he did! He will be held accountable!—my addition).

A previous CLI study found that as many as 111,500 additional abortions per year could be heavily subsidized by taxpayers via federal premium tax credits and Medicaid expansion in Obamacare.

Obama LIED and unborn babies are MURDERED!

City by city, county by county, State by State through the federal government, we need to end, once and for all, the barbaric evil practice of MURDERING our own unborn children!
