Pro-Life Legislation: Alabama Proposing to Prevent Abortion/MURDERS after the First Heartbeat!

On 3/26/14 I post on http://christiangunslinger1.blogspot.com an article entitled “The Movie Noah Makes No Reference to GOD Throughout the Entire Movie?” The following video is a segment of “Hannity” about the movie

“Alabama Poised to Pass Pro-life Bills, Including Ban on Abortion After First Heartbeat
by Cortney O’Brien | Montgomery, Alabama | LifeNews.com | 4/3/14

It’s quite simple really. ‘A heartbeat is an indication of life (Along with conception and the whole line of processes that every human goes through from conception to death!—my addition).’

Alabama Republican Representative Mary Sue McClurkin is the owner of that beautiful and true statement. She introduced the fetal heartbeat bill, which would require doctors to check for a heartbeat and would ban abortion if one is detected. Her proposed legislation, along with two other anti-abortion bills, have passed the Alabama House and are now going to the Senate for a vote.

“The fetal heartbeat bill by Republican Representative Mary Sue McClurkin of Indian Springs would require a doctor to check for a fetal heartbeat and would ban an abortion if one is detected. That can occur at six or seven weeks into a pregnancy (My use of red. Which is much earlier than the 20 weeks that is currently being used!—my addition). The bill contains an exemption to save the life of the mother (Not necessary!—my addition) but not an exemption for rape or incest (Good! There should not be one!—my addition).

‘A heartbeat in an indication of life (Along with conception and the whole line of processes that every human goes through from conception to death!—my addition),’ McClurkin told the committee.

Tea Sefer, state organizing associate with the National Abortion Federation, said the bill would ban most abortions in Alabama (Great!—my addition). She said a similar law enacted in North Dakota last year has been put on hold by a federal judge (Unconstitutionally!—my addition).

Eric Johnston, an attorney and executive director of the Alabama Pro-Life Coalition, said the bill could be an opportunity for the U.S. Supreme Court to take another look at abortion.”—my addition]

Here’s a bit about the other abortion-restricting bills up for debate:

‘The Senate Health Committee approved three abortion-related bills Tuesday, including the fetal heartbeat bill. One bill would set stricter standards for girls under 18 getting abortions. Another would require women seeking an abortion because of lethal fetal anomalies to be advised of the availability of perinatal hospice services.’

Do any of these proposals seem radical (The only thing radical is MURDERING unborn babies!—my addition)? All these legislators are asking is to save lives. Unfortunately, this kind of legislation has been stymied before.

When the GOP-controlled legislature in North Dakota tried to pass a fetal heartbeat bill last year, the judge ruled it unconstitutional, arguing it violated that precedent set in Roe v. Wade. I applaud Representative McClurkin and her colleagues for not letting that decision hinder their own efforts.

Predictably, pro-choice activists and abortionists in Alabama are complaining these bills intrude into medical care, ban most abortions in Alabama, and because the bill includes a sentence of one to 10 years in prison for those who violate the heartbeat, could turn those who perform abortions into criminals (They ARE criminals! They are MURDERERS! Every one of them!—my addition).

But, some could argue they are criminals already (Yes, they could! In fact, I think I did!—my addition), performing the most inhuman and inhumane practice in the country. What other kind of procedure could have produced such monsters as this? Hopefully these bills in Alabama become as real as the unborn babies they’re intended to rescue.

STOP the MURDER of unborn babies! Stop the MURDER of unborn babies NOW!

The Founding Fathers recognized the importance of citizen knowledge and involvement.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” ~ Thomas Jefferson

If a nation expects to be ignorantand freein a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.” ~ Thomas Jefferson

Knowledge is, in every country, the surest basis of public happiness.” ~ George Washington

Law and liberty cannot rationally become the objects of our love, unless they first become the objects of our knowledge.” ~ James Wilson

This election is critical! For life, for traditional family, for religious freedom, for liberty!

Restore the Constitution! Take back the nation!

Proverbs 14: 34 (NIV)

Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.”

Ephesians 5: 11 (NIV)

Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”

Galatians 6: 7-8 (NIV)

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”

It is time for all of us who support the morality established by GOD to rebel against the forces of evil! Expose their evil and return to GODS word and will!

Christians were bold in the First Century church! Are Christians as bold today?

Christians were resolute in the First Century church! Are Christians as resolute today?

Christians stood for the truth in the First Century church! Are Christians standing for the truth today?

If not Christians, who? If not now, when?

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.

1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.

2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.

Competition is good for the economy and competition is good for the Republican Party!!! Competition keeps Congressmen committed to we the people!!! Primary Republicans who do not support the Constitution as written.
