“Federal Court Deals Blow to Planned Parenthood’s War on Women
By Dave Jolly
March 31, 2014
Who do you think cares more about women: someone who puts their health and safety above all else or someone who places making money over the health of women (The former?—my addition)?
Now let me ask you which one you believe Planned Parenthood to be (That is easy! The latter! Money is there objective! That and MURDERING the unborn! One is the means to the other! Limiting the population and ridding the world of undesirables was the original goal! It is still present! Now, it is also profitable thanks to the courts!—my addition)?
If you said the first one that places women’s health and safety above all else, then let me ask you another question: if Planned Parenthood is more concerned about women’s health, then why have they spent millions of dollars fighting all legislation that strives to make abortions safer than they are today (Because they lose money!—my addition)?
Supposedly Roe v. Wade was passed to make abortion safer for women so they didn’t have to turn to back-alley butchers with coat hangers. If that were true, then why have we seen so many reports of women needing to be sent to hospitals and others dying from the hands of abortion doctors that can’t even get hospital admitting privileges?
Planned Parenthood’s latest legal fight against women’s safety took place in Texas. The Texas legislature passed HB2 which requires doctors performing abortions to have admitting privileges to a nearby hospital and that the abortion inducing drug RU-486, also known by some as the morning after pill, be administered in strict accordance to FDA guidelines. The moment Texas Governor Rick Perry signed his name to HB2, making it Texas law, Planned Parenthood filed a legal challenge against the new law (And tried mightily to stop it before it became a law!—my addition).
The case was heard before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals who just ruled that HB2 is legal and Texas has the right to enforce it. In the court’s decision, Judge Edith Jones wrote:
‘‘Planned Parenthood conceded that at least 210 women in Texas annually must be hospitalized after seeking an abortion. Witnesses on both sides further testified that some of the women who are hospitalized after an abortion have complications that require an Ob/Gyn specialist’s treatment.’’
The unanimous decision by the three judges on the 5th Circuit, all of whom are women, stated:
‘‘[HB 2] reduces the risk that abortion patients will be subjected to woefully inadequate treatment.’’
Planned Parenthood didn’t deny that the current abortion industry is dangerous to women. They admitted to the facts in court. They argued that HB2 would drastically reduce the chance of a woman getting a legal abortion in the state. But ask yourself why so many abortion doctors are unable to obtain hospital admitting privileges?
I know of at least one incident here in the northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area that one abortion doctor not only was not able to obtain hospital admitting privileges, but he also had problems keeping his medical license in general (Why do you think they turn to abortions/MURDER?—my addition).
So why isn’t Planned Parenthood taking steps to insure that their abortion doctors are fully qualified and able to obtain hospital privileges? If women’s health and safety are as important as they claim, they should be spending their millions on improving their system (And they do have millions!—my addition) rather than fighting others who are fighting for women’s health and safety. So who is really waging a war on women, Planned Parenthood or the state of Texas?”
I know! I know! I know! Planned MURDERHOOD! The Democrat Party! Barack Hussein Obama! Am I wrong? NO!
The Founding Fathers recognized the importance of citizen knowledge and involvement.
“The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” ~ Thomas Jefferson
“If a nation expects to be ignorant—and free—in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.” ~ Thomas Jefferson
“Knowledge is, in every country, the surest basis of public happiness.” ~ George Washington
“Law and liberty cannot rationally become the objects of our love, unless they first become the objects of our knowledge.” ~ James Wilson
This election is critical! For life, for traditional family, for religious freedom, for liberty!
Restore the Constitution! Take back the nation!
Proverbs 14: 34 (NIV)
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.”
Ephesians 5: 11 (NIV)
“Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”
Galatians 6: 7-8 (NIV)
“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”
It is time for all of us who support the morality established by GOD to rebel against the forces of evil! Expose their evil and return to GOD’S word and will!
Christians were bold in the First Century church! Are Christians as bold today?
Christians were resolute in the First Century church! Are Christians as resolute today?
Christians stood for the truth in the First Century church! Are Christians standing for the truth today?
If not Christians, who? If not now, when?

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.
1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.
2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.

Competition is good for the economy and competition is good for the Republican Party!!! Competition keeps Congressmen committed to we the people!!! Primary Republicans who do not support the Constitution as written.
