A North Carolina pro-life group isn’t satisfied with a federal appeals court’s decision on a state law requiring abortionists to show and describe sonograms to women seeking an abortion.
In a unanimous ruling Monday, a three-judge panel of the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down that North Carolina law, saying it violates an abortionist’s free-speech rights (What!—my addition) in that it dictates what an abortionist is to say to a patient (The State dictates a lot of things to a doctor! It dictates the type of education he must have! It dictates that he must have a license to practice medicine! It dictates all kinds of regulations! All supposedly for the good of the patient!—my addition)—regardless if the patient is listening. The court said that constitutes ‘quintessential compelled speech (Does the court realize that the members of the court have also been dictated to in relation to “quintessential compelled speech” It is called taking the oath of office! These ideologues will grasp at anything to continue to allow the unconstitutional MURDER of unborn babies! They ought to be impeached and removed from the bench for violating that very oath of office!—my addition).’
But Barbara Holt with North Carolina Right to Life tells OneNewsNow the panel’s decision doesn’t make sense. She cites as an example the typical speech that airlines deliver prior to takeoff.
‘They’re required to give information to passengers because it’s a life-and-death situation,’ she explains. ‘And often times passengers are not listening—but [the airlines] still go through the required speech to let anyone who is listening, or no one who is listening, hear this information.’
Holt wonders if that is required speech, why can’t an abortionist also be required to make a particular speech (Because the courts are part of the culture of MURDER! It is the courts that unconstitutionally imposed it upon the whole of the United States! And we let them!—my addition)?
‘When it comes to life and death, we feel it’s very important that this mother be fully informed of her decision,’ states the pro-lifer, ‘and she cannot be fully informed unless she sees the ultrasound and knows what is depicted on that ultrasound.’
The Fifth Circuit has issued a ruling that doing the ultrasound and requiring the abortionist to describe it to a patient is constitutional, which conflicts with the Fourth Circuit’s ruling. Holt says it will be interesting to see where the case goes now.”
We have allowed the courts to sanction MURDER contrary to the Constitution and contrary to the supreme law—GOD’S law! It is past time to end this government created holocaust! It is past time for Christians to rise up and end this MURDEROUS travesty of justice.
