I will not be continuing my Creationism posts today. I do plan to return to them soon.

Then, I plan to answer the response about Iraq. I am sorry for the change in plans. Plans, in reality, often are altered for one reason or another. “The best laid plans … often go astray.” Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How many unborn toddlers were murdered today because of the humanistic, paganish, barbaric decisions of the United States Supreme Court?

Re: Policy No:
Claim No.:
Date of Loss: 08/10/2006
Insured: ~~~~~~, ~~~ and ~~~~~

Dear Mr. and Mrs. ~~~~~~:

We are in receipt of the correspondence from Mr. Don Vance dated January 3, 2008. The issues presented in that letter were addressed in the previous letter sent to you dated December 14, 2007.

We acknowledge that Mr. >>>> >>>>>>>> sent a letter to Mr. Vance on August 19, 2007. That letter addressed to Mr. Vance appears to be an oversight (Makes you wonder what other “oversights” were committed by this insurance company—my addition.), as previously stated all correspondence will be addressed and sent to you, the named insured.

Please forward the documentation requested in the December 14, 2007 letter by January 31, 2008 (After 1 year and 5 months plus, Farmers Insurance Group has now decided that the conclusion of this claim is urgent???—my addition) so we can conclude your claim.

Please mail the requested information to Farmers Insurance, P.O. Box XXXX, >>>>, Az XXXXX or by fax at (928) XXX-XXXX. Should you have any questions please call me at (928) XXX-XXXX or (520) XXX-XXXX. [As I have said before and will repeat every time this insurance company gives a telephone number to supposedly help deal with the claim, here is my advice to anyone who is dealing with an insurance company on a claim: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER deal with them by phone or verbally in person. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. DON’T BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT IS NOT IN WRITING. Follow this motto: PAPER TRAIL, PAPER TRAIL, PAPER TRAIL!!! They can not be trusted to keep their word!!!—my addition]

Sincerely,
FARMERS INSURANCE COMPANY OF ARIZONA
