Based upon past historical data: 3,287+ UNBORN BABY MURDERS have occurred in the last 24 hours in the United States. See my post “BABY HOLOCAUST” posted January 22, 2008.

I’ve been involved in a problem one of my clients has with Farmers Insurance Group. My previous posts in relation to this problem were:

I will not be continuing my Creationism posts today. I do plan to return to them soon.

Then, I plan to answer the response about Iraq. I am sorry for the change in plans. Plans, in reality, often are altered for one reason or another. “The best laid plans … often go astray.” Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How many unborn toddlers were murdered today because of the humanistic, paganish, barbaric decisions of the United States Supreme Court?

I have now watched the trustee meeting. One of the points mentioned was that these amendments might be because of a desire to have a specific grocery store built in Morton. Tonight, I am posting a letter I wrote to the owner of that grocery store asking him to respond to five specific questions. The letter:

August 9, 2008

To the owner of Lindy’s Foods
% Lindy’s Foods
110 Peoria
Washington, Illinois 61571

As I am sure you are aware, the Morton Board of Trustees is considering amendments to the liquor ordinance which would allow grocery stores to sale beer and wine and to hold unlimited beer and wine tasting events. It has been rumored that these changes are being proposed so that your company will be willing to build a grocery store in Morton. Since I am greatly concerned about the possible ramifications of the proposed amendments, I ask that you respond to the following questions as thoroughly as possible.

1) In the last four years, has there been any communication in any form what-so-ever—personal contact, letters, emails, or any other method—formal or informal by you, or your representatives be they company employees, or government officials such as a mayor to mayor, or any other individual(s) such as wife to wife to the President of the Morton Board of Trustees, or Morton Trustee(s), or Morton official(s), or behind the scene individuals who might be influential in Morton, or any other individual residing in Morton to build a Lindy’s grocery store within the municipal boundaries of Morton?

2) If so, when did this communication occur?

3) If so, between whom?

4) Does Lindy’s Grocery Store have any desire, plans, or future hope to build a grocery store within the municipal boundaries of Morton?

5) If so, is it required that an amendment or amendments be written into the Morton Municipal Code allowing the sale of beer and wine to occur before said grocery store is built?

Thank you for your consideration of this letter and hopefully for your speedy response to the above questions. Please return any response by Thursday, August 14, 2008 either by letter or by e-mail. This letter has been posted on my blog—www.christiangunslinger.blogspot.com—and any response will also be posted. If you do not respond by the deadline, that lack of response will also be acknowledged.

Sincerely,

Don L. Vance
