Based upon past historical data: 3,287+ UNBORN BABY MURDERS have occurred in the last 24 hours in the United States. See my post “BABY HOLOCAUST” posted January 22, 2008.

I’ve been involved in a problem one of my clients has with Farmers Insurance Group. My previous posts in relation to this problem were:

I will not be continuing my Creationism posts today. I do plan to return to them soon.

Then, I plan to answer the response about Iraq. I am sorry for the change in plans. Plans, in reality, often are altered for one reason or another. “The best laid plans … often go astray.” Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How many unborn toddlers were murdered today because of the humanistic, paganish, barbaric decisions of the United States Supreme Court?

I’m changing my scheduled topic again tonight. My last post was an analysis by two Associated Press reporters on the Iraq war. There analysis is that the United States IS winning the war. Tonight a recently published “letter to the editor” published by the Peoria Journal Star on 7/27/08, page A4. For some background information, President Bush came to Peoria on 7/25/08 for a campaign fund raiser for a Congressional candidate. I’m most concerned about the Iraq war portion of the letter. As I said on a previous post, I plan to devote several posts to the Iraq war closer to the election.

The letter as published:

“Irrational disdain for the president

I found it so refreshing to find yet another editorial bashing Republican politicians. And this time, two-for-one: potential U.S. Congressman Aaron Schock and President George W. Bush (July 19, ‘They said it’).

I applaud the bravery of Journal Star editors in taking such a dangerous position.

I feel compelled to remind the Journal Star and millions of Americans that when the Iraq war first began, it was supported by Congress and the people. (Unfortunately, both some in Congress and some of the libertine public seem to have extremely short attention spans—my addition.)

When things didn’t go as well as planned (“The best laid plans of mice and men often go astray.”—my addition) millions rushed to the easy and irresponsible position (not as many as the mass media or the libertines would have you believe—my addition) of an immediate withdrawal, regardless of the consequences to Iraq.

Is that how most Americans are raised? When things get tough, quit? Be (expletive deleted—my addition) the consequences to others. Pundit Ariana Huffington (an earlier letter writer—my guess—my addition) surely wouldn’t suffer from a premature withdrawal from Iraq, but the Iraqi people surely would.

President Bush could have easily pulled out of Iraq. (If he lacked integrity and righteousness—my addition.) It would have had the support of a majority of Americans. (I hope that is not true since that would mean that a majority of Americans lacked integrity and righteousness. One can not come to such a conclusion based upon opinion polls—my addition.) I am stumped to come up with any personal benefit Bush has gained from staying in Iraq. He is despised by a majority of his own people (I don’t think that is necessarily true either. If it is though, it demonstrates a lack of character of a majority of the people—my addition.) and is routinely mocked by one moronic (I debated with myself about deleting this too but decided not to do so—my addition.) leftist after another.

Regardless of whether going into Iraq was a good idea or whether there were weapons of mass destruction (from whom faulty intelligence can be blamed on our sorely lacking intelligence community including a Clinton-appointed CIA director) [Intelligence gathering is not nearly as precious as people would seem to expect it to be or would like it to be. It also MUST be pointed out that the one person who should have known if the intelligence information claimed was true or false should have been former President Clinton and he said NOTHING to the contrary. Also, his wife—Senator Hillary Clinton—supported the war originally—my addition.], it would have been catastrophic to Iraq and our national security to pick up and leave before some sense of stability was achieved. (Not to mention, an extremely unrighteous act on the part of the United States. We started the process; we have an obligation to see it through to the end. Too bad Senator Obama—that supposed healer and leader—doesn’t understand the obvious!—my addition)

If nothing else, going into Iraq has deposed an evil dictator, promoted democracy and severely weakened al-Qaida. (AND of major consequence which is conveniently overlooked by the libertines, the United States has NOT been attacked on our soil and the war on terror is being fought by those who should be fighting it—our military and not innocent Americans who are going about their daily lives in office buildings and elsewhere throughout the United States—my addition.)

An irrational hatred of the president and ignorant adoration for Sen. Obama has blinded many Americans.

Rachel Elyse Stewart
Edwards (is an Illinois town—my addition)”

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” Proverbs 14: 34 (NIV)
