Selling beer and wine in Morton—the Village Trustees

My book—The Black Sword: The Secret U.S. Army in Vietnam—is available by mail (not yet in book stores). See post on August 31, 2008 entitled The Black Sword.

I suggest you check out the following website if you are a policy holder of Farmers Insurance Group or thinking about having them insure you in any capacity: www.farmersinsurancegroupsucks.com

The above link is for a company—Vision Forum—that provides unique products for the family. I am an affiliate for the company and receive a small commission whenever someone uses this link and then makes an unreturned purchase while using the link. Check it out. I think you might like the products offered. I do. See my more complete explanation on my post of February 1, 2008 entitled “Affiliate program with Vision Forum.”

Based upon past historical data: 3,287+ UNBORN BABY MURDERS have occurred in the last 24 hours in the United States. See my post “BABY HOLOCAUST” posted January 22, 2008.

I’ve been involved in a problem one of my clients has with Farmers Insurance Group. My previous posts in relation to this problem were:

I will not be continuing my Creationism posts today. I do plan to return to them soon.

Then, I plan to answer the response about Iraq. I am sorry for the change in plans. Plans, in reality, often are altered for one reason or another. “The best laid plans … often go astray.” Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How many unborn toddlers were murdered today because of the humanistic, paganish, barbaric decisions of the United States Supreme Court?

In a previous post, I stated that there are six elected members on the Village Board of Trustees who are elected for four year terms with three members elected every two years.
In 2007, the three members elected for a four year term were:

1) Darrell Vierling who was reelected to the Board.

2) Tony Huette who was newly elected.

3) Stephen Newhouse who was newly elected.

All three will be up for reelection in 2011. None of the three had opposition in the election. Since none of the three had opposition, I doubt if they did much campaigning and I doubt if they campaigned to increase the availability and accessibility of wine and beer in grocery stores.

The other three Trustees who were elected in 2005 along with Mayor Durflinger will be up for reelection in April of 2009. I don’t know if the three Trustees had opposition or not. I don’t know if any of them campaigned on a platform of increasing the accessibility and availability of wine and beer in grocery stores but I doubt that they did. I do seem to remember that Mayor Durflinger did have opposition. I do not remember him running on a platform of increasing the accessibility and availability of wine and beer in grocery stores. I seem to remember voting for him and I know I would NOT have done so if he had run on such a platform.

The three Trustees whose terms expire in 2009 are:

1) Ginger Hermann

2) Jeff Kaufman

3) Betsy Yarcho

Is it any surprise that they didnt run on the issue of allowing grocery stores to sell beer and wine? Was it even an issue at the time often new political issues come up between elections and its not realistic to expect to present a position on every possible issue that could up during their term of office.
