START Treaty—Republican Senators cave?

Here is the critical question in relation to approval of the START Treaty. Since the PRIMARY function of the federal government is to protect the nation, do you TRUST President Barack Hussein Obama to protect the United States from ALL dangers foreign and domestic? Consider how well he has protected our southern border! A corollary to this critical question. Are there enough gullible Republican Senators who TRUST President Barack Hussein Obama to protect the United States and are they willing to place the nation at risk by voting for the START Treaty? (Some already have placed the nation at risk by voting for the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.) According to a news report yesterday evening, enough Republican Senators have now voiced their support for the START Treaty to pass it today. If true, their, soon to be, irresponsible action led to the following post from the Tea Party Nation.

The GOP has caved and will join Obama in ratifying the really bad START treaty. This treaty is flawed in so many ways. Instead of simply saying no and waiting until next year when the problems could be addressed, the GOP went along with Harry Reid’s bum’s rush to get this treaty ratified.
According to a TPN source on Capitol Hill, the GOP went along with the treaty because they got assurances that Obama would be strong in negotiating further terms and in future negotiations. (ARE THEY serious!? Assurances from a CHICAGO POLITICIAN who has lied so badly to the American people that a Congressman yelled out in frustration: “You LIE!” Because he was lying and does lie at the drop of a hat as it suits his purpose!!! How many times are people, including Senators who should know better, going to be sucked in by this pied piper? Don’t these Senators get it yet? HE LIES!!!—my addition)
I have some ocean front property in Tennessee I’d like to sell these guys. With leaders this incompetent, I bet I could get top dollar.
One of the crucial votes that sold us out was none other than, “Bailout Bob” Corker, RINO-TN. His sell out is particularly galling. I spoke with him Friday when I was on Capitol Hill. He took about ten minutes to make sure I knew that the Tea Party had been heard on Capitol Hill and good things would be happening. Bailout Bob is the same one who single handedly resurrected the Chris Dodd Financial Reform bill from certain death and got it passed.
When even Lindsey Graham comes out against a treaty as being bad for America, it is a bad treaty. Yet the GOP walked lock step, over the cliff, just for the simple promise that Obama would be ‘tough’ in future negotiations.
If Obama is ever tough in negotiations, that would be a first. If the GOP did not haul up the white flag of surrender when they are on the verge of victory, well, that would be a first too.
There was some good news. At least Mitch McConnell, the GOP Senate leader opposed the treaty. The bad news is he could not enforce enough party discipline to keep enough GOP Senators from jumping ship and supporting this really bad treaty.
A number of those Senators are up for reelection in 2012, including Bailout Bob. Corker made it a point in a recent interview to say he has no Tea Party opposition in the upcoming election.
I wouldn’t bet on it.”
And that is exactly what we need to do! If RINO Republicans want to support Democratic attempts to control and destroy our nation, they MUST be challenged at the next election by a conservative. We can defeat these RINOS with the necessary effort.
WE MUST STAY INVOLVED! WE MUST reward proper actions and remove those who think they are above answering to we the people. It’s for the good of the nation!
We already have term limits. It’s called ELECTIONS!!! Let’s use them! If we don’t, we deserve the negative results.
I will post the result of any vote. It is obvious that Democratic Senators have NOT heeded the results of the 2010 election. 23 Democratic Senators are up for reelection in 2012. If they keep voting against we the people, we should be able to remove, at least, twelve of them. Keep track of their voting record to use against them in their reelection attempt.
Once more, we need to man the phones to stop this Administration from doing EVIL and going against we the people. The Treaty IS NOT passed until voted on by the Senators. The Senate will NOT hold a vote unless Harry Reid thinks the Treaty will be approved.
