Wisconsin Recall Elections Are August 9—Time for Action!

“As you may have heard, Wisconsin will be holding a series of recall elections in the coming weeks, and as we know, voter turnout is typically low during recall elections. The Wisconsin chapter of AFP launched a large scale nonpartisan Get-Out-The-Vote program that utilizes one of the most efficient and effective at-home phone bank systems available. This technology provides activists throughout the country an opportunity to use their own telephone to encourage Wisconsin voters to turn out on Election Day for the upcoming recall elections.

“Tea Party Nation Joins the Reclaiming Common Sense Tour w/ Tea Party Express
This Friday through Monday, our friends at Tea Party Express are conducting the Reclaiming Common Sense tour through Wisconsin to show support for six courageous Wisconsin state senators who stood up to the intimidation and threats from the far left and union thugs, to help bring fiscal sanity back to the Badger State.
In retaliation, the far left has launched a recall effort against these six state senators. If successful, and these senators are replaced by liberals, the balance of power in the state senate will shift and the efforts of Governor Scott Walker to restore the power of the citizen over the power of the special interest will be reversed.
Tea Party Nation will be joining the Reclaiming Common Sense tour this weekend. We are proud to stand with our friends at Tea Party Express in this important effort.
