The United Nations, the Vatican, Abortion, Torture, the United States, and Our Tax Dollars!

Texas pop! Make sure the sound is on:

Ted Cruz: Yes we can!

A call to action for Christians from Ted Cruz:

Vatican Turns the Table on the UN: It’s Abortion That’s Torture, Not Our Pro-Life Views
by Stefano Gennarini, J.D. | New York, NY |

“New York, NY (CFAM)—The Vatican had strong words for U.N. experts who accused the Catholic Church of torture because of its teaching on abortion.

‘The Holy See condemns the torture of anyone, including those tortured and killed before they are born (It is more than torture though! It is MURDER! Why does the U.N. support and promote the MURDER of unborn children? Is that the mandate of the United Nations? Seriously! And we are giving the United Nations OUR taxpayer money? NO MORE!—my addition),’ said Archbishop Silvano Tomasi, Apostolic Nuncio at the United Nations in Geneva.

For the second time this year, a Vatican delegation was in Geneva to discuss the obligations of the Holy See under international law with U.N. experts, and for the second time Catholic doctrine on abortion was at issue, drawing media attention and criticism for the mostly obscure U.N. committees.

Tomasi was reporting on the Vatican’s implementation with the U.N. treaty against torture, which it ratified in 2002. Experts on the U.N. committee against torture suggested the Church’s teaching on the inviolable dignity of human life is a form of torture (By what possible logic is being pro-life torture? Are these baby MURDER supporters and promoters insane too?—my addition).

‘Late-term abortion constitutes torture (And any abortion at any stage constitutes MURDER!—my addition),’ Tomasi said in reply to questions from Felice Gaer, an American expert (Expert in what?—my addition).

He accused Canada and the United Kingdom of being guilty of torture by allowing late-term abortions where children are left to die without any medical care after they are born alive (Include the United State also! Gosnell for example!—my addition).

The Archbishop said the Vatican has no power to impose its doctrine, but that Catholics worldwide provide maternal health care, alternatives to abortion, and help women physically and spiritually after an abortion. He cautioned against interfering with the exercise of religious freedom (And interfering with any group that is trying to SAVE LIVES!—my addition).

Tomasi warned against ‘ideological’ attacks against the Catholic Church in an interview on Vatican Radio last week. He said the committee would discredit itself if it showed bias (The committee shows bias all the time! Bias in favor of MURDERING the unborn!—my addition).

Some experts sounded a conciliatory note after Tomasi’s comments.

‘We all know the position of the Holy See on abortion,’ said George Tugushi, from the nation of Georgia. The committee was concerned with cases where women are stigmatized after undergoing an abortion (They are MURDERERS! Do they not understand that. If they dont, GOD does. Fortunately GOD also forgives those who repent including MURDERERS!—my addition), he said, and not church doctrine.

The Chair of the Committee, Claudio Grossman, was also conciliatory. He also denied having a conflict of interests after news articles said his impartiality was compromised due to his support for same-sex marriage and abortion advocacy (How is that NOT a conflict of interest?—my addition).

Felice Gaer was not conciliatory. The vice-chair of the committee said the Church’s moral stance on abortion was a ‘concern (Your stance is a greater concern!—my addition).’

‘Women should have the legal right to chose abortion (Translation: “Women should have the legal right to chose MURDER.” Why? Why should any woman be permitted to MURDER her own child? This from a world-wide organization to which the U.S. is the major contributor!—my addition),’ Gaer said. Her questions were drawn from a memo from the Center for Reproductive Rights, a group that defends late-term abortion and has challenged bans on partial-birth abortion in U.S. courts.

The U.N. committee against torture has told countries that restrictions on abortion in cases of rape are a form of torture on several occasions (Not true! Idiotic! Explain why! The baby did not commit the rape did he/she? Are these people suppose to be educated?—my addition). This follows a scheme to interpret human rights treaties to include a right to abortion in which the Center for Reproductive Rights is an active participant. Presently, abortion is not a human right (Nor should it EVER be since it is not a human right to commit MURDER!—my addition).

Gaer, who is not a lawyer, said the committee abided by the ‘strict meaning of the [torture] convention.’

While the convention defines torture broadly, it requires a state or state officials to perpetrate, instigate, or condone acts of torture. Controversially, the committee has dispensed with that requirement in certain cases of sexual abuse (In other words, they have rewritten the convention to suit their own desires! Typical of the Left!—my addition).

Some want to expand the definition of torture even more (Typical of the Left!—my addition).

The committee asked questions based on information submitted from lawyers representing victims of clergy sex abuse (I thought they supported homosexual behavior?—my addition). The Los Angeles Times reports the lawyers want clergy sex abuse to come under the definition of torture to circumvent state statutes of limitations. At one point Gaer asked how much money the Vatican had available to compensate victims of clergy sex abuse (Rewriting the definitions!—my addition).

Tomasi detailed the Vatican’s response to the sex abuse scandal and its ongoing efforts to protect children. He insisted the Vatican was not guilty of torture in this regard (Of course not!—my addition).

The committee will publish written observations on the Vatican’s report by the end of May. The observations are neither binding nor authoritative (Then why bother!—my addition). Note: Stefano Gennarini, J.D. writes for the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute. This article originally appeared in the pro-life groups Friday Fax publication and is used with permission.

One more reason to get the U.S. out of the U.N. and the U.N. out of the U.S.!

The MONEY has been RAISED! Congratulations Pro-LIFERS! Do you think the mainstream media will cover this achievement?

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”

It is time for all of us who support the morality established by GOD to rebel against the forces of evil! Expose their evil and return to GODS word and will!

Christians were bold in the First Century church! Are Christians as bold today?

Christians were resolute in the First Century church! Are Christians as resolute today?

Christians stood for the truth in the First Century church! Are Christians standing for the truth today?

If not Christians, who? If not now, when?

This is my two part suggestion to Tea Party groups, social conservatives, Constitutionalists, and anyone else who wants to save our Republic from the approaching destruction.

1) Run as many conservative candidates in as many Republican primaries as possible.

2) Then, run as many independent and/or third party candidates as possible in as many races as possible where we did not win the primary.

Competition is good for the economy and competition is good for the Republican Party!!! Competition keeps Congressmen committed to we the people!!! Primary Republicans who do not support the Constitution as written.
