I received a comment in relation to my two part series on Life Dynamic’s investigation of Planned Murderhood. I plan to respond after I have finished this series on MURDERING our children. I have received another comment. I’ll also respond to that comment at the same time as the first. I’ve now received a third comment. This one is in relation to the post about the woman who claimed to have been a baby MUDERER who became a pro-life worker. As with the other two, I will comment at the end of the series.

Which leads to the following announcement: The series has taken longer than I had originally planned. I am going to post an e-mail tonight that I received last week and then do two or three posts (I don’t know how many at this time) on “Al Gore’s Global Warming” since Monday is the first of February (first day I post since I don’t post on Sundays) and it is time to do my monthly “record high temperatures” report. I then plan to finish this series and answer the three comments. I’ve also started to do tax work so I’ll probably not be able to post six times a week. I’m also working on putting a second book into publication form and getting a website set up (I’m not personally setting it up). This is a busy time of the year.

KURTIS THE STOCK BOY AND BRENDA THE CHECKOUT GIRL

In a supermarket, Kurtis the stock boy was busily working when a new voice came over the loud speaker asking for a carry out at register 4. Kurtis was almost finished, and wanted to get some fresh air, and decided to answer the call. As he approached the check-out stand a distant smile caught his eye, the new check-out girl was beautiful. She was an older woman (maybe 26 and he was only 22) and he fell in love.

Later that day, after his shift was over, he waited by the punch clock to find out her name. She came into the break room, smiled softly at him, took her card and punched out, then left. He looked at her card, BRENDA. He walked out only to see her start walking up the road.

Next day, he waited outside as she left the supermarket, and offered her a ride home. He looked harmless enough, and she accepted. When he dropped her off, he asked if maybe he could see her again, outside of work. She simply said it wasn’t possible.

He pressed and she explained she had two children and she couldn’t afford a baby-sitter, so he offered to pay for the baby-sitter. Reluctantly she accepted his offer for a date for the following Saturday. That Saturday night he arrived at her door only to have her tell him that she was unable to go with him. The baby-sitter had called and canceled. To which Kurtis simply said, ‘Well, let’s take the kids with us.’

She tried to explain that taking the children was not an option, but again not taking no for an answer, he pressed. Finally, Brenda brought him inside to meet her children. She had an older daughter Jessie, who was just as cute as a bug, Kurtis thought, then Brenda brought out her son, Zachary in a wheelchair. He was born a paraplegic with Down Syndrome.

Kurtis asked Brenda, ‘I still don’t understand why the kids can’t come with us?’ Brenda was amazed. Most men would run away from a woman with two kids, especially if one had disabilities—just like her first husband and father of her children had done. Kurtis was not ordinary—he had a different mindset.That evening Kurtis and Brenda loaded up the kids, went to dinner and the movies.

When her son needed anything Kurtis would take care of him. When he needed to use the restroom, he picked him up out of his wheelchair, took him and brought him back. The kids loved Kurtis. At the end of the evening, Brenda knew this was the man she was going to marry and spend the rest of her life with.

A year later, they were married and Kurtis adopted Jessie and Zachary. Since then Brenda and Kurtis have added five children of their own: sons Elijah and Kade, daughter Jada, and twin girls Sierra Rose and Sienna Rae.

So what happened to Kurtis the stock boy and Brenda the check-out girl? Well, Mr. & Mrs. Kurt Warner now live in Arizona, where he is currently employed as the quarterback of the National Football League Arizona Cardinals and has his Cardinals in the hunt for a possible appearance in the Super Bowl. (The Cardinals play tomorrow in the Super Bowl—my addition.) Is this a surprise ending or could you have guessed that he was not an ordinary person. Both Brenda and Kurt are active born-again Christians. It should be noted that he also quarterbacked the Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI. (Actually, twice with the Rams. One game was lost; one game was won—my addition) He has also been the NFL’s Most Valuable Player twice and the Super Bowl’s Most Valuable Player.”

I’m not much of a follower of professional football and don’t think I’ve ever watched a complete Super Bowl. I do like Kurt Warner as a player and quarterback. I like his being a Christian. I like his story of determination—bouncing around in minor leagues, playing in two Super Bowls, losing his starting job in St. Louis, bouncing to New York, and ending up as a second team quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals a perennial losing team, and now playing in a third Super Bowl. Since I’m from Arizona, I like that the Cardinals are in the Super Bowl. And I like that he has always worn the number thirteen as a professional since it is my favorite number and the obsessively favorite number of The Black Sword—which you will notice is thirteen letters long.

Last weekend on the way to Washington to be sworn in as the 44th president, Barack Obama said something about the need for a new Declaration of Independence. I’ll let you figure out what he meant by that, since I think the original is just fine. Read it here and see if you don’t agree.

Pro-life supporters are curious about another recent Obama statement—one from his inaugural address on Tuesday. Here is how pro-life activist Arlene Sawicki put it:

‘The theme for this year’s Speak Out Illinois Conference 2009 is ‘Rekindle the Fire’—a call to re-group and strengthen a national pro-life movement which was dealt a profound defeat as a majority of American voters warmly embraced a President who is radically pro-abort and determined to undermine the legal victories so valiantly won to protect the most vulnerable unborn.

We will gather together on January 31st to reflect on President Obama’s inaugural address and wonder if what he is saying with his lips is truly coming from his heart:

‘We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.’

‘We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you.’

The Pro-Life Movement expects that the new President, by his own words, will reverse his promised agenda to advance the ‘terror’ of abortion rights, ‘slaughtering’ millions more in the American Holocaust of Death, and rather work to protect the God-given promises that ‘all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.’ This starts with the protection of every unborn child in America.

That here in the United States of America, we are deliberately and “legally” allowing the slaughterous MURDER of a million unborn children—citizens of the United States—every year denying each one of them not only life but any possibility of being able to pursue liberty and/or happiness.

Last year I purchased a CD entitled “The Monstrous Regiment of Women Audio Series.” It has 12 segments with 12 different interviews on the CD. The third segment was an interview with a woman—Carol Everett—who said she had, at one time, operated two MURDER of unborn children clinics. Tonight, short snippets from that approximately 40 minute segment.

The Roe v. Wade ruling was issued by the U.S. Supreme Court on January 22, 1973. She said that two weeks later she had MURDERED her own unborn child. She then became an employee for a MURDER of unborn children clinic working on commission to encourage and seduce teenage girls and women to “legally” MURDER their unborn children.

She soon realized that she could earn more money operating her own clinic than working on commission for someone else. By the time she stopped in 1983, she was operating two clinics and the last month before she stopped those two clinics were responsible for 541 MURDERS of unborn children. For a month with 31 days in the month, that is over 17 MURDERS (17.45) every day of the month. She has now become a pro-life advocate working for “The Heidi Group”—a crisis pregnancy center organization.

During the time she operated the two clinics, she had two goals. The first was to become a millionaire. Her second goal was related to the first. Her second goal was for every girl from the age of 13-18 years-of-age to have 3-5 abortions by the time she graduated from high school. She stopped operating her two clinics when an undercover newspaper exposé in Texas (Can you imagine the media doing this today? Most of the mass media seem to support and encourage the MURDER of unborn children.), exposed one of her clinics attempting to “perform” an abortion on a woman undercover reporter who was not pregnant.

She claims that abortions are underreported by as much as 50%. She also says that a lucrative side business is to sell the body parts of those babies who have been MURDERED at such clinics. She asserts that almost all, if not all, clinics sell MURDERED baby body parts. She pointed out that unborn babies have a beating heart that can be observed by a sonogram at 21 days after conception before most women even know they are pregnant.

She insists that the primary reason that Planned Murderhood and similar groups want to be involved in sex education programs in government and private schools is to promote “how to” sex education to increase the number of MURDERS of unborn children. She proclaims that, once such organizations promote “how to” sex education in a school, the pregnancy rate increases by as much as 50%.

She also proclaims that such organizations deliberately provide low dose birth control pills which must be accurately taken to work properly. For example, the pills must be taken at the same time every day. The organizations realize that teenagers are not likely to follow such a strict regiment over time and if sexually active, which is more likely since they believe they are now immune from becoming pregnant and have been taught “how to” sex education, they are more likely to become pregnant. They also understand that once a teenager uses the MURDER of her unborn child as a form of birth control, she is more apt to resort to the same method in the future. Thus, the distinct possibility of a sexually active teenage girl having 3-5 “experiences” MURDERING her unborn babies before graduating from high school.

I received the following e-mail from an active Christian who worships where I worship. I would encourage all to let the President know that his decision to fund the MURDER of unborn children is immoral, wrong, and not within the framework of our principles as a nation.

Yesterday, I posted a commentary I wrote in 2005 regarding the alleged “common goal” that might be possible between those who support life and those who support the MURDER of unborn children. Some naïve Christians (at least I believe they were and are being naïve) thought and possibly still do think that President Barack Hussein Obama would also be dedicated to reducing the number of unborn children MURDERED by their mothers—after all, he claimed to support such a reduction. The following article was published in the Peoria Journal Star on January 24, 2009, page A2. Tell me, after reading the article, does it read like President Barack Hussein Obama has any interest in decreasing the number of unborn children who are MURDERED each year—either in this country or throughout the world?

Executive order reverses policy first enacted By Reagan, reversed by Clinton and re-instated by Bush

WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP)—President Barack Obama on Friday struck down the Bush administration’s ban on giving federal money to international groups that perform abortions or provide abortion information—an inflammatory policy that has bounced in and out of law for the past quarter-century.

Obama’s move, the latest in an aggressive first week reversing contentious Bush policies, was warmly welcomed by liberal groups and denounced by abortion rights foes.

The ban has been a political football between Democratic and Republican administrations since GOP President Ronald Reagan first adopted it 1984. Democrat Bill Clinton ended the ban in 1993, but Republican George W. Bush re-instituted it in 2001 as one of his first acts in office.

‘For too long, international family planning assistance has been used as a political wedge issue, the subject of a back and forth debate that has served only to divide us,’ Obama said in a statement released by the White House. ‘I have no desire to continue this stale and fruitless debate.’

He said the ban was unnecessarily broad and undermined family planning in developing countries.

‘In the coming weeks, my administration will initiate a fresh conversation on family planning, working to find areas of common ground to best meet the needs of women and families at home and around the world.’ the president said.

Obama issued the presidential memorandum rescinding the Bush policy without coverage by the media, late Friday afternoon. The abortion measure is a highly emotional one for many people, and the quiet signing was in contrast to the televised coverage of Obama’s announcement Wednesday on ethics rules and Thursday’s signing of orders on closing the Guantanamo Bay prison camp and banning torture in the questioning of terror suspects.

His action came one day after the 36th anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade that legalized abortion.

The Bush policy had banned U.S. taxpayer money, usually in the form of Agency for International Development funds, from going to international family planning groups that either offer abortions or provide information, counseling or referrals about abortion as a family planning method.

Critics have long held that the rule unfairly discriminates against the world’s poor by denying U.S. aid to groups that may be involved in abortion but also work on other aspects of reproductive health care and HIV/AIDS, leading to the closure of free and low-cost rural clinics.

Supporters of the ban say that the United States still provides millions of dollars in family planning assistance around the world and that the rule prevents anti-abortion taxpayers from backing something they believe is morally wrong.

The ban has been known as the ‘Mexico City policy’ for the city a U.S. delegation first announced it at a U.N. International Conference on Population.”

That is the sum total of the article published by the Peoria Journal Star. The actual AP article was seventeen paragraphs longer. That portion of the article quoted such well known supporters of the MURDER of unborn children as Hillary Clinton, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senator and former presidential candidate John Kerry all of whom approved of President Barack Hussein Obama’s decision to provide funds to MURDER unborn children in other countries.

The AP story [“By Matthew Lee and Liz Sidoti (Associated Press Writers) From Associated Press, January 24, 2009 5:12 AM EST] concluded with the following paragraphs:

“Anti-abortion groups and lawmakers condemned Obama’s decision.

‘I have long supported the Mexico City Policy and believe this administration’s decision to be counter to our nation’s interests,’ said Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.

‘Coming just one day after the 36th anniversary of the tragic Roe v. Wade decision, this presidential directive forces taxpayers to subsidize abortions overseas—something no American should be required by government to do,’ said House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio. (Reread this quote. Every taxpayer who is opposed to the MURDER of unborn children will be helping to FUND and SUPPORT the MURDER of unborn children because of President Barack Hussein Obama’s personal, presidential decision. Did you VOTE for this nation to support the MURDER of unborn children through your tax dollars?)

Rep. Mike Pence, R-Ind., called it ‘morally wrong to take the taxpayer dollars of millions of pro-life Americans to promote abortion around the world.’ (Reread this quote. Every taxpayer who is opposed to the MURDER of unborn children will be helping to FUND and SUPPORT the MURDER of unborn children because of President Barrack Hussein Obama’s personal, presidential decision. Did you VOTE for this nation to support the MURDER of unborn children through your tax dollars?)

‘President Obama not long ago told the American people that he would support policies to reduce abortions, but today he is effectively guaranteeing more abortions by funding groups that promote abortion as a method of population control,’ said Douglas Johnson, legislative director of the National Right to Life Committee.”

President Barack Hussein Obama has supported the MURDER of unborn children from the first day he ran for elective office in Illinois and has done so ever since. He has always received a 100% approval rating from Planned Murderhood. Do you really think he will change as President of the United States?

MURDERING unborn children is a profitable “business” although an extremely immoral “business.” MURDERING 1,000,000 unborn children in one year at $300 a MURDER for a 15 minute MURDER generates $300,000,000 of income a year. And it is government protected!!!

How many unrepentant members of the Supreme Court have condemned themselves because of their MURDEROUS decisions in this area? “… and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.” I John 3: 15b (NIV)

The following post is one that I originally wrote in December of 2005 in reaction to an editorial in the Peoria Journal Star. It was originally posted over three nights. I have done some editing of the original content. I post it tonight because some Christians seem to be falling for the Barack Hussein Obama lie that one of his goals is to decrease the number of abortions within the country while still maintaining the dastardly practice of MURDERING the nation’s unborn children.

A common abortion goal?

The editorial staff wrote another article on abortion published on 12/28/05, page A4 of the Peoria Journal Star. The essay was titled “A common goal for both sides of the abortion debate.” As identified in the writing, the common goal is to lower the number of abortions that occur each year. The writers of the editorial seemed very pleased that the number of reported murders of unborn babies in 2004 was 41,577—that’s 41,577 murdered, innocent unborn babies destroyed by abortions within the State of Illinois. Unfortunately, the essay is riddled with inaccuracies including that a common goal is to lower the number of murders of the unborn.

The editorial writers seem oblivious to the fact that if a person’s goal truly is to lower the number of abortions it is an admission that abortion is wrong. The truth is that if an abortion is not the murder of an unborn baby; then there would be no reason or need to lower the number of abortions. If it is indeed “My Body,” then the destruction of that part of a woman’s body would not be of concern to the State as far as preventing the action. But, of course, it is not the woman’s body but a new life created exactly as provided by GOD, the creator of the universe.

Secondly, I don’t believe the editorial writers are qualified to determine the goal of those of us who know that an abortion is murder. Our goal is not to lower the number of babies murdered each year. Yes, it is true that the lower the murder rate the better. Yet, our goal is to end the murder of innocent unborn babies. Anything less continues the repugnant policy of murdering the unborn.

They propose once again that abortion pills should be sold over-the-counter. Of course as always, they deny that it really is an abortion pill. Of course, they also think that the murder of unborn babies is and should remain legal so who can possibly trust their judgment on this issue. I surely do not. They also ridicule the effort by some pharmacists to use the legal system to challenge the governor’s edict that they must dispense said abortion pill even if it violates their religious beliefs.

The reality is that if the “emergency contraception pill’ is in fact an abortion pill which it is, then the number of abortions reported in the State of Illinois will never again be accurate. It is impossible to know how many pregnancies (pregnancies begin at conception just as human life begins at conception) have been ended (how many murders of the unborn have occurred) by means of the abortion pills taken by women. This is a quote from a Journal Star article published on 12/29/05, page B5. “However, some pharmacists oppose the rule on religious grounds since they believe Plan B (This is the so called “emergency contraception pill.”—my addition) acts as a chemical abortion.” Therefore, the very assumption by the editorial board that this pill is no more than a form of contraception and thus should be accepted by all sides is both misleading to the reader and wrong in its conclusion

The following is another quote from that editorial, “Perhaps no other issue has polarized Americans in the past thirty years as much as abortion, primarily because the vitriol has centered around its original legality.” There is no question that the method and reasoning used to allow the murder of unborn babies was absolutely wrong. Nine unelected Supreme Court Justices decided that all States must permit the murder of unborn babies. They reached this decision by their own rewriting of the U.S. Constitution since nothing in the Constitution remotely provided for such lunacy.

However, the question of its legality is not why the decision is so abhorrent. The decision itself is what is so vehemently condemned. The whole concept that a mother somehow has a legal “right” to murder her unborn child is so repugnant that it must be condemned, repudiated, and changed. If the editorial staff does not realize that simple fact, they are living in a dream world that is totally removed from reality. NO ONE has the “right” to murder their own child!!! NO ONE!!!

Another quote from the article declares “It’s time—past time—to shift the focus off Roe v. Wade. Criminalizing abortion would merely drive it underground and make it unsafe, period.” Who gave this editorial board the power to declare that we should no longer be opposed to the murder of unborn babies? Then, the same ridiculous, tired, irrational, felonious argument is repeated. If the nation does not allow the murder of the unborn, it will occur anyway and not only will the baby be murdered but the murderer’s life might be endangered also. Yes, some mothers will continue to try to have an illegal abortion. Yet, no one seriously believes that that number was in the past, is today, or in the future will be the same horrifically high range as occurs now since it is allowed.

More importantly, do these people actually realize the ramifications of such reasoning? By that argument, no law should ever be enacted since no law can possibly prevent all instances of violating that particular law. The law against murder does not prevent all murders. Their real argument is that the murder of the unborn should be allowed because some unborn will be murdered anyway. How ridiculous!!! Their real justification is that the life of the unborn baby is of far less value than the life of the murdering mother. In reality, their real argument is that the life of the unborn has no value!!!

They proclaim “If anything, Illinois’ statistics prove that abortion can stay legal yet be an infrequent procedure.”

Remember, the number of reported abortions last year in Illinois was 41,577! Is that the actual concept of the editorial staff of infrequent? 41,577 murders in one year are more than 113 murders every day of the year! It is almost 5 (4.746) murders every hour of every day of the year! Imagine if we were having 4 murders every hour of every day in the streets of Illinois cities. They would be screaming for a halt to the murderous blood shed and rightly so.

But, the 41,577 murders of innocent unborn babies are identified as infrequent and somehow insanely given as a justification to continue the slaughter! “Why, the death of over 4 unborn children every hour of every day isn’t too bad at all.” “We are improving on our massacre of the innocent!” “So by all means let us continue to murder them!” How horribly insane that reasoning is!

Here is the final insult to the intelligence of every reader reading this perverted, revolting, immoral, warped essay; “… and if pro-life groups realize that pro-choice doesn’t mean ‘anti-life’….” What!!! That is exactly what pro-choice means!!! Every time an abortion occurs a life is destroyed! EVERY TIME!!! The very definition of abortion is the terminated death of the unborn baby. No way can these writers redefine the meaning of abortion to remove the death of the baby. Every abortion results in death!!! If that is not “anti-life” then up is down, black is white, women are men, men are women, and every one of these writers has won the Nobel Peace prize a half dozen times each.

If I had not read the statement I don’t think I would have believed that even these writers could proclaim such absurd nonsense. Unfortunately, they can and did. Do you believe them??? Can you believe anything they will ever write???

I received a comment in relation to my two part series on Life Dynamic’s investigation of Planned Murderhood. I plan to respond after I have finished this series on MURDERING our children.

“Palos Heights, IL—Eighty-three U.S. Congressmen, including Illinois Congressmen John Shimkus (R-19) and Jerry Costello (D-12) sent a letter dated September 26, 2008, to U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Michael Leavitt asking for information about the dramatic and sudden increase in Medicare and Medicaid-funded abortions due to rape in Illinois.

According to a document by the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, the spike, entirely due to increased numbers in Illinois alone, rose from 20 in FY2005 to 84 in FY2006 and 363 in FY2007. Other states show no comparable increases.

The letter requested specific information about this puzzling and alarming increase including whether the abortions were in a particular region or facility in Illinois, if the criminal rapes were verified, and, if unlawfully funded, were the funds recovered or are they in the process of being recovered.

Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Illinois stands with these honorable Congressmen in requesting this vital information in light of the disturbing fact that sexual assault crimes may be involved in these cases in our state.

“dramatic and sudden increase in Medicare and Medicaid-funded abortions due to rape in Illinois.” The question here, of course, is: Is Planned Murderhood and similar “MURDER for hire” groups fraudulently claiming that the MURDER of the unborn child was performed because of a rape in order to collect money from the federal government through Medicare and Medicaid-funded programs that would not otherwise be paid for by the government? There is a statistically significant increase in claims over these three years. This should be thoroughly investigated and prosecutions should result if this increase is due to fraud.

Do you think this is likely under an Obama administration? Barrack Hussein Obama has received a 100% rating from Planned Murderhood ever since he was first elected to the Illinois General Assembly. He may well be the most gung ho President in support of the MURDER of unborn children in our history—even more so than Bill Clinton.

I received a comment in relation to my two part series on Life Dynamic’s investigation of Planned Murderhood. I plan to respond after I have finished this series on MURDERING our children.

Thursday, of course, marks the 36th year since the monstrously abhorrent and constitutionally illegal decision of the United States Supreme Court to permit the MURDER of innocent, defenseless unborn children. Tonight’s post deals with an article published Thursday in the Peoria Journal Star, January 22, 2009, page A3. Since I am quoting portions of the article, I will use the terms used by the reporter. Feel free to substitute “the MURDER of unborn children” each time the author uses the term “abortion.” I do. After all, that is what an abortion is—the MURDER of an unborn child.

Abortion-rights supporters now view White House, Congress as allies in turning back funding restrictions

New York (AP)—The advent of the Obama administration is rousing enthusiasm among abortion-rights supporters and deep anxiety among opponents as both sides mark today’s anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

Abortion-rights groups view President Barack Obama—and the Democratic leadership in Congress—as allies who are likely to ease restrictions on federal funding, broaden family-planning programs, and install federal judges who support the Supreme Court’s landmark 1973 decision that legalized abortion. (And here I though that federal judges were to uphold the Constitution of the United States? Isn’t that what they swear to do? Not to uphold an immoral, illegal, and indefensible decision of the Supreme Court—my addition.)”

“‘The alignment of a hardcore pro-abortion president with pro-abortion Democratic majorities in Congress means that many existing pro-life policies are now in great jeopardy,’ Douglas Johnson of the National Right to Life Committee wrote in a memo this month

Obama can take some steps without Congress. Abortion-rights supporters hope he will quickly repeal the so-called ‘global gag rule,’ which bans overseas family-planning groups (MURDER of unborn children groups—my addition) that receive U.S. funds from providing any abortion-related services or information.” (Watch and listen carefully! Will President Obama allow those overseas to MURDER their unborn children or advise mothers to do so?—my addition)

“The president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, Cardinal Francis George, wrote Obama last week urging him to keep the funding ban arguing that ‘a shift toward promoting abortion in developing nations would also increase distrust of the United States.’

Abortion-rights groups are backing what they call a ‘common-ground, commonsense’ agenda in Congress aimed at reducing the number of unintended pregnancies. (I can tell you the best and only sure way to lower the “unintended” pregnancy rate. Both males and females should stop having intercourse when they are not married. That also is the GOD-given, Biblical solution—my addition) The Prevention First Act (a misnomer!!!—my addition), already endorsed by Obama, would increase federal funding for family planning (family planning to Planned Murderhood INCLUDES the MURDER of unborn children—my addition) promote comprehensive sex education (which is also a misnomer. Christian Parents if these follies pass I would—immediately—pull my children out of public schools that adopt them!—my addition)and expanded women’s access to contraceptives. (Of course, Planned Murderhood considers “morning after pills” to be contraceptives even though they MURDER unborn children. These proposals are neither an area of common ground nor areas of commonsense—my addition.)

Other proposals, supported by moderates and conservatives (some—my addition), would provide incentives for pregnant women to carry their fetuses (unborn babies—my addition) to term. But there would likely be bitter debate, largely along partisan lines, if Democrats try to repeal the 33-year-old Hyde Amendment and other laws that ban federal funding for abortions under almost all circumstances.”

As was stated on my two previous posts, “In 2002, an activist group called Life Dynamics ran a campaign in which a woman posing as a 13-year-old impregnated by a 22-year-old and called clinics operated by Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation. The group has compiled tapes of workers encouraging girls to lie about their age to avoid being reported as a victim.”

Life Dynamics has published a report based upon their investigation. The report, as a PDF file, may be downloaded from www.lifedynamics.com. The report itself is 17 pages long with 10 of those pages being footnoted references. Tonight I am posting a second installment of that report without the footnoted references.

As tragic as this situation is, the pro-life movement has an opportunity, and perhaps even a responsibility, to step in and do something about it. In the area of legislation, one possibility is that we may be able to stop these organizations from receiving state and federal funding. Recipients of these funds are required to see that the money is used in accordance with all state and federal laws. The fact that these family planning facilities are in clear violation of child abuse or statutory rape reporting requirements creates an environment for us to demand that their funding be immediately cut off. (Has it happened? Is it likely to happen under this new administration and a dominating majority of Democrats in Congress?—my addition)

Given their heavy reliance on state and federal tax dollars, losing that money would be nothing less than a financial catastrophe for these organizations.[1]

Better yet, their failure to adhere to state and federal laws means that funds allocated in past years were obtained fraudulently. Because of that, we may be able to force a return of those funds. Needless to say that could literally cripple the entire abortion industry. (Unfortunately, there seems to be far too many politicians dependent upon the support of these organizations who are NOT willing to “bite the hand that feeds them” even over an issue of child abuse and/or statutory rape. This will not happen until the people demand it and vote accordingly if the demand is not met—my addition.)

As for litigation, the possibilities are nothing less than staggering. To capitalize on this, Life Dynamics is developing several exciting new litigation strategies and support services to be used by attorneys who represent the girls and parents victimized by these two organizations. Interestingly, a perfect model for one of our litigation strategies is being created at this very moment.

We are all aware of the firestorm currently swirling around the Catholic Church regarding the issue of pedophile priests. Already, dioceses have either settled or lost lawsuits totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, and some have been forced to close schools and sell property to pay off these awards. If you look at these suits, what you find is that these Catholic dioceses are not being sued because their priests molested children. They are being sued for negligence because they allegedly knew about the sexual abuse of children and failed to report it to the authorities. These suits contend that by protecting pedophile priests and concealing their behavior, these dioceses were in effect guaranteeing that there would be additional victims in the future.

Obviously, any organization or any individual that harbors pedophiles and conceals the sexual abuse of children deserves to be prosecuted. But right now that is not what is happening. Instead, Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation are being given hundreds of millions in tax dollars while doing exactly the same things for which huge awards are being levied against Catholic dioceses.[2] (And they are being protected by elected and unelected government officials—my addition.)

For the pro-life movement, our duty is to go into the civil court system and see that the legal standard currently being rigorously and justifiably enforced against the Catholic Church is also enforced against Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation. If we are successful at that, there are several reasons why it could toss these organizations into a financial tailspin from which they would never recover.

First, the number of potential plaintiffs is immense. By their own admissions, Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation have had contact with millions of sexually active underage girls every year for almost three decades. That fact alone could easily spawn an unimaginable number of individual suits or one of the largest class-action suits in American history.

Additionally, every time another underage girl is given an abortion or birth control without a report being made to the state, both she and her parents become potential plaintiffs in a lawsuit. As we can prove, the abortion industry’s own data shows that this is happening several thousand times a day, and those figures are backed up by government documentation.

To fully understand the incredible potential represented by these numbers, consider the fact that the Catholic Church is currently being financially decimated by these kinds of suits and no one is claiming that they have created anywhere as many victims.

Another consideration is that so far, most of the allegations being brought against priests are for conduct that occurred many years ago. But the charges we are making against the abortion industry are for conduct that is still occurring thousands of times every day and in every state of the union. Also, while the vast majority of the complaints against priests have little or nothing in the way of evidence, the documented evidence we have against Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation is overwhelming, current, and fully verified.

On the civil litigation front, there is also another factor we should not overlook. To put it bluntly, these organizations have the kind of money, insurance, and assets that are certain to make them very attractive to America’s personal injury trial lawyers. (Yes, but they also have political protection and the ACLU and other lawyers on their side. And remember, Supreme Court rulings were issued originally allowing all this to happen—my addition.)

At Life Dynamics, we also think there are other ways American courtrooms can be brought into this battle. For example, we intend to alert attorneys general and district attorneys across the country about the criminal activity of Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation. (What really needs to happen is a public outcry in opposition to the abuse of our young female children. Where exactly are all those organizations who claim to be the champion of females? Don’t exploited, sexually abused young girls count?—my addition)

We will ask them to conduct their own investigations with an eye toward criminal prosecution, by pointing out that providing clandestine birth control may place someone in more legal jeopardy than providing clandestine abortions. Failing to report an abortion may suggest that they are only guilty of concealing a crime that has already been committed. But providing birth control to a child without reporting might be interpreted as participating in an ongoing or future crime.

If that is so, the issue is no longer simply a failure to report child sexual abuse or statutory rape, but actual complicity in child sexual abuse or statutory rape. That could be viewed as a felony rather than a misdemeanor.

From a public relations standpoint, the issue provides a platform for the pro-life movement to show the American people exactly what the abortion industry is really about. (MURDER!!! And the loss of innocence and child abuse and statutory rape!!!—my addition)

To capitalize on that opportunity, Life Dynamics is launching a nationwide public education campaign. The public has a right to know exactly how vicious and how cynical Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation are when it comes to protecting their financial and political agendas. The fact is that the abortion industry sees the harboring of sexual predators and the destruction of their underage victims as nothing more than the cost of doing business, and we intend to bring that reality into the light of day.

A second goal of our public education campaign is to educate children and parents who may have been victimized by these organizations about their litigation opportunities. The ChildPredators.com website was specifically designed with this purpose. (www.childpredators.com—my addition. I have not actually checked it out. I will after I post this.) This web site is also a venue for employees and former employees of family planning facilities to come forward. We think there is a strong possibility that many of these people have either participated in or witnessed these crimes—some without even realizing it at the time.

Another educational opportunity relates to the nation’s 16,000 school districts. It is well known that many of them allow Planned Parenthood and similar organizations to come on campus and teach sex education or provide counseling. In addition, many school districts refer their students to these types of family planning organizations.

We have already completed a nationwide direct mail campaign to inform every one of these school districts about the legal exposure they have created for themselves by associating with these organizations. They need to know that should the organization in question provide services to an underage student without reporting to the state, the school district could be brought into any subsequent litigation.

In the second phase of this campaign we sent a certified letter to every school district in America alerting them to the fact that they should examine their legal liability for failing to report abuse, as an entity which comes in contact with underage children. Hopefully, this will cause their attorneys to advise them to take a second look at their sex education, abortion referral, birth control and condom distribution policies.

In addition, we are setting up a nationwide program to make sure that grassroots activists in every school district are able to make sure that the actions of their local school district do not result in lawsuits being filed by the child victims of unreported abuse or their parents.

The Bottom Line

This document reveals only a fraction of the evidence we have uncovered so far and every day we are finding new data—including some which indicates that this problem is getting worse. In time we will release this information to the public along with additional data from our undercover investigation.

What is already clear is that this is a tragedy of enormous proportions. When young girls are sexually abused like this, they lose their innocence, their childhood, their dignity, and sometimes even their lives.

While it seems almost unthinkable that anything positive can come from this, we have an opportunity to see that it does. At the very moment Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation chose to participate in these crimes, they sowed the seeds of their own destruction. Today, the challenge facing the pro-life movement is to make certain that those seeds bear fruit. And you can be assured that Life Dynamics is committed to leading that charge.”
